- The responsibilities of this department are as follows:
Bringing men together in a department to promote a spirit of solidarity, civic education and participation in evangelization;
Spiritual and moral preparation of men to assume responsibilities at local church level;
The intellectual and professional preparation of men with a view to their integration into working life through the organization of seminars, conferences and tables;
Encouraging men to assume their conjugal responsibilities and educate their children according to biblical principles;
The organization of an annual National Christian Men's Week;
The design of a Strategic Development Plan (SDP) for the department.
