The responsibilities of this department are as follows:

Bringing women together in a department to promote: a spirit of solidarity, civic education and participation in evangelization;
Spiritual and moral preparation of women with a view to assuming responsibilities at local church level;
The intellectual and professional preparation of women with a view to their integration into working life through the organization of seminars, conferences and round tables;
The organization of an annual National Christian Women's Week;
Encouraging women to become aware of their main responsibilities in the home according to biblical principles;
Designing a Strategic Development Plan (SDP) for the department.
