The responsibilities of this department are as follows:

The systematic teaching of the Word of God to all Sunday Worship participants in local churches;
Conversion of Sunday Worship participants in local churches;
Encouraging Christian expression among participants;
The design of a Strategic Development Plan (SDP) for the department.
